Kongpo Lama Yeshe Tsondru (1761 – 1816)
“Just as one and the same moon in the sky
Appears at once, without effort, reflected in
Every body of water in the world;
So too my Path-showing Spiritual Friends, says a Sutra,
Are one and the same wisdom-knowledge of the Buddhas,
Appearing at once, without effort, in the forms
Of Emanation, Enjoyment and ordinary Gurus
Before pure and impure tamable beings, to tame them.”
