The teachings will take place in Gaden Jangtse Prayer Hall, which is surrounded by a wall with gates. Each gate is designated as the entrance for certain attendees, as follows:
- Indian Citizens & Foreigners (including Indian & foreign monks/nuns): Gate # 7
- Tibetan monks: Gate # 3, 5, 6
- Tibetan nuns: Gate # 5, 6
- Tibetan lay people: Gate # 4
- Toilets: near Gate #4, OUTSIDE of the security gates

On 23 December the entrance gates will open approximately 4.30am and the teachings will begin approximately 8.30am.
