VERY IMPORTANT PAP news!

While in Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement, you must carry your PAP with you at all times, INCLUDING TO THE TEACHING VENUE. The local authorities may ask to see your PAP at any time and within any part of the Tibetan Settlement, and the police are expected to check PAP’s at the teaching venue entrance gate.
